Sister Cities
A group exhibition featuring work by three artists; Sasha Ercole, Meitao Qu and Sam Van Strien, curated by Calvin Sheely.

Taking as its inspiration the collision of a mega yacht and a mega structure, Sister Cities is a group exhibition that explores the recent rise of urban utopias via two significant events that occurred during the development of Canary Wharf. Featuring the works by three artists; Sasha Ercole, Meitao Qu and Sam Van Strien, who will make new works in response to these two structures which act as a point of departure to consider broader questions around neoliberal architecture, the privatisation of public space, and spectacles of wealth. The exhibition will be accompanied by public talks, and workshops.
