Call for proposals
The Stone Space is currently accepting proposals for works that can be viewed from the street through the large gallery windows. Our gallery is situated on a busy street in the centre of Leytonstone. We are looking to select several artists who would like to exhibit over the next few months.
All media and exhibition formats will be considered. To apply please download and complete our proposal form: proposal-form-2020 Window.
Add all information and images you wish to submit as part of your proposal to the proposal document and save it as a word document. Please note that submissions in any other format will not be accepted and please do not include links to images on websites; all information must be within the proposal document.
Please send completed proposal forms with ‘Window exhibition’ in the email title to: stonespace.enquiries@gmail.com

Please note that the gallery is run by volunteers and receives very little funding. To cover basic costs a fee is usually charged for each exhibition, However, due to the unpredictable nature of lockdown and taking into account that it won’t be possible to have a private view, we would only ask the artist/artists to contribute the cost of the window vinyls (£20).
Deadline for submissions: Midday Thursday 30th July 2020
We will contact successful applicants to talk about the slots that are available. Please let us know if you have a preference for which month you would like to exhibit.
