TONDO ROTONDO
by Tim Ralston: 6 Dec 2018 to 6 Jan 2019
Tim Ralston’s paintings are concerned with our connection to the landscape, the ideology of looking and our relationship and augmentation of our surroundings. They aim to develop a relationship to the specious nature of landscape painting throughout art history and examine what landscape can be now. His paintings act as an abstraction of the landscape by creating uniquely fabricated plywood panels site specifically. For this show at the Stone Space Tim will create a circular panel on site clamped floor to ceiling.
The exhibition will be open:
Thursday 6th – Sunday 16th December
Thursday 3rd – Sunday 6th January 2019.
Private view: Friday 7th December 18:30 – 20:30
